Glimmer Farming?

Iron Banner and the two new characters I recently created are bleeding me dry. What are some fast or productive ways to farm Glimmer?

1. Upgrade your ghost enough to insert the glimmer mod to increase glimmer gains by *%.

2. Occasionally when dismantling armor/weapons you can get a consumable called "Rainmaker" which, with precision final blows give a chance to create a shower of glimmer.

3. If you've saved up enough resources from planetary destinations (Helium Filaments from the Moon as 1 example); you can go to the Tower, and purchase glimmer in increments of 10k in exchange for said materials (the mats required to do this change daily).

4. Salvaging weapons/gear provides glimmer along with other materials.

Just to name a few of the top methods I focus on personally whenever I need to replenish my bank.
