2. Occasionally when dismantling armor/weapons you can get a consumable called "Rainmaker" which, with precision final blows give a chance to create a shower of glimmer.
3. If you've saved up enough resources from planetary destinations (Helium Filaments from the Moon as 1 example); you can go to the Tower, and purchase glimmer in increments of 10k in exchange for said materials (the mats required to do this change daily).
4. Salvaging weapons/gear provides glimmer along with other materials.
