Good secondarys for bow swapping?

Wanted to see if any bow swappers have some suggestions for a good weapon to swap to, think I got a pretty good bow but it seems like find a good second weapon is kinda tough. Was thinking of getting the rat king but farming for exotics is a pain, worried it might not even be worth it, any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'd say pair le monaqre if you have it with a handcanon if not any precision frame energy bow with Ace of spades or Thorn is a very nasty combo

I like the Traveler's Chosen or your favorate sidearm if the bows exotic, or shotguns, not saying its the best though, i see some youtubers doing well with handcannons
