Travelers Chosen grants you ability energy, that´s why I would go with her.
Trespasser feels awesome, especially if you can chain kills and don´t need to reload then. It also kinda reminds me of Robocops pistol.
Traveller's Chosen is overall a strong sidearm, and supports all subclasses with its easy ability regen - however, it's perk is often easily off-set by a good mod distribution and decent stats that you don't really need the ability regen. However, one perk is (with the catalyst) that it becomes Full Auto and has Osmosis; which means it can act as a support for matching element kills and shield-breaks etc.)
Devil's Ruin is... eh. It's fine to support a Solar 3.0 build, and it offers Unstoppable without requiring a mod, but ultimately probably not worth it in comparison.

That said, depending on what other exotics you have, I wouldn't recommend any of these. There are many great Legendary Sidearms also, such as the most recent Brigand's Law (with Voltshot), Drang Baroque and Empirical Evidence. All three of which are craftable btw, once you have the patterns - and leave your Exotic slot free.
Of the above three, currently it's Trespasser that is the strongest - but only when complimented by a solid Arc build.
Bad Juju is better than Traveller's Chosen for regen because it gives Super, on top of the already existing bonus Super that primaries get from damaging enemies.
Plus if you hear that beautiful firing noise nearby and then go investigate and suddenly get "Rat Pack" buffs as you approach a group of guardians because out of thousands of other people someone else beside you is using the Rat King, you feel so shocked and your heart flutters for a moment.
