Iron Lord title guilding

Is it possible to complete the guilding objectives the same week getting the normal title (purple) first or do I have to wait another iron banner event.

You probably need to wait another week since it won't start counting your challenges until you have the seal. Though I may be wrong, it's just a guess.

Afaik, you can get a title only once per season. So you need to wait til next season to gild it.
I could be wrong though.

the first guild doesnt need next season however you need to complete additional objectives, one of the Iron Lord objectives on the first guild needs 4 challenges done in 1 week
