You cannot solo or duo a raid, not an entire one at least (and absolutely not gonna be easy for beginners to attempt that).

The best beginner raid though is Vault of Glass. Has pretty forgiving encounters and easy-to-understand mechanics.

No raid can be done solo or duo unless it's VoG and you both are reaaaally good, but from easiest to hardest i'd say, VoG>DSC>GoS>Last Wish>Vow of the disciple and King's fall

Last wish was the hardest one at the time it released but now it's pretty easy because of power creep.

And no, you can't solo a entire raid. You can duo some raid parts but only if you exactly know what to do and have the skill to pull it off as well.
