Doom of Chelchis (Kingsfall Scout) is the new Meme
Doom of Chelchis, on top of being craftable if you can get 5 red borders, has probably one of the most hilarious combinations of perks I've ever seen on a legendary.

On top of just being a pretty decent Scout rifle on its own with solid stats for the archetype and having great performance if you have Smallbore or Hammer Forged + Accurized rounds, the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ thing is capable of rolling BOTH Firefly and Dragonfly, meaning when you kill a target with a precision shot, a solar explosion and a void explosion will go off simultaneously, dealing their respective damage stacked together. Firefly isn't affect by Dragonfly spec, but does 25% more damage that base dragonfly, and if you throw dragonfly spec on, the void explosion will deal 25% damage more than Firefly and also be around 4.5 meters instead of 3.

If you put dragonfly spec on, and then equip this on a solar class and pop radiant, and then kill another player with a headshot, the damage from the explosions will be enough to instantly 1-shot any player standing within 3 meters of the first kill.

This thing is hilarious. The archetype isn't hard meta and other things out perform it, but if you're looking for a comically fun gun, this is your roll.

Ok, you've sold me.

Thank you for this information friend, Reminder that it can also roll Frenzy + Firefly, Which makes it wayy more consistent on popping heads of stronger ads in some content, I Believe this also effects firefly damage.

Along with the fact that you can indeed use it with mantle of battle harmony, Firefly kills will proc it and give the respective super energy or damage bonus to the gun aswell, Even when it's a non-matching element, As long as you have solar equipped and get proxy kill with firefly.

It's like cloudstrike, but better!

My current favorite roll on it is one for al + explosive payload!

Soo many good combos on this scout.

vorpal on primaries is a complete waste of a perk slot, why are you doing dps with a primary lol

yes, but why would you use primaries on champions when special and heavy weapons exist. who's plinking away at champs in GM's with vorpal auto rifles lol?

You mean vorpal on a scout rifle? A lot of people, You would be surprised, Given that Le monarque and Wish ender are popular choices for GM's allowing you to pop shields and do respectable damage to champions without the ammo cap of special, and without having to use heavy ammo on a champ.

sure if you enjoy spending 30+ minutes running fallen saber or insight terminus etc, go ahead lol. most people I run with know how to use special/heavy and manage their ammo properly.

Why are you using your primary for everything? No ♥♥♥♥ you wouldn't want to use it as your sole damage dealer, but it's there as a back up in case you run out of heavy. You're more than welcome to do it though

20% more damage to majors and up is a wasted perk btw, you heard it first

sorry no one who is half decent at the game is running vorpal on primaries or using legendary primaries to 'dps'

I personally find explosive payload far more useful than vorpal on scouts, especially ones you will take into maater/GM level content.

Thats why my preferred roll for Doom is

Fluted/flared/one for all/expl payload

Its origin trait is also insane at filling the mag to dumb numbers.
