Okay but right - Enemy team pushes, most of the defenders die. Defenders respawning spawn on the OTHER SIDE OF THE MAP. It's just a mercy loss, there's no comeback.

The respawn timer is too harsh I'd agree, but also it's a billion times better than any other CTF gamemode since you have to push the enemy team instead of just run back to your own spawn, I think it's fun c:

Right but the carrier already has to be "close", so within 20-15 meters. Literally thrown at that point, there's no play that can bring it back.

Not to mention you could lose a game, but you just get a max win streak? It just feels rushed, that last part is a plus, but it's still a bug. It just doesn't feel polished

Rift has killed Iron Banner!

There was nothing wrong with it before but people cried because they always do and wanted Rift back because nostalgia is never bad, but this proves already why it should never have been put in Destiny 2.

I will do the Seasonal challenge for this week and then I am not touching it at all for the rest of the season!

I wish regular Iron Banner was still an option, or at least took over Control as IB is only a 2 week thing total now.

Well, this was my favorite mode. The one I looked forward to every season. Now I don't even want to play. I almost want to call the police with how fast my motivation was stolen. My goodness IB used to be either a hard won match or a quick surrender. Now it's a 10 min slog fest. The freakin spark as disappeared multiple matches as well. Who's bright Idea was this? DId NO ONE play test this and give honest critique?

just got rolled by the enemy team in Rift 4-0 the game actually paused at 3-0 cause my entire team left I dont know if its the game mode but I do feel like the match making needs to be improved

if it wasnt bugged to hell then eh, iron banner needed some work before because it was boring but at least it worked lol

the only people that benefit from the Rift gamemode are warlocks and titans cause, shield bash = no cooldown air fly and warlock icarus, a hunter is a damn turtle in a mode that LITERALLY REVOLVES AROUND MOVEMENT SPEED.
