So Im locked out of the void subclass quest

So yeah for some reason I cant get the quest for the void subclass for hunter which means 2 things
1.either I suck it up and delete my hunter to start anew losing all my progress
or 2. continue playing as i am and live without the nightstalker subclass and hope they patch the bug
(in case you are wondering I did all the beyond light quests including the multiplayer quests so no im pretty sure im not missing something)
I'm gonna remain hopeful and pick option 2 because im not resetting all my ♥♥♥♥ (Love my crimson too much) and working my way up from square one

you're not getting rid of anything on your account like collections and the content of your vault and season level when you delete your character. just that character's progress on quests

Bro, I have the exact same issue. I was hoping Bungie will fix it in a hotfix, but the didn't seem to care about this

BEWARE. I had issue and did not move items to vault. I lost everything character had!!

Make sure you equip your guardian with blue/green gear first, and put all your gear into the vault, or you WILL lose it (anything equipped and in the character inventory)

The problem was fixed a long time ago and I would post the answer if i could remember it im sorry for those who came to this thread looking for answers mods plz lock

Do you have the solar or arc, which ever hunters start with, if not, did you do the honing your light quest in the cosmodrome and do all of the "new light" story progression? As well as the whole Advent quest where you visit each character in the tower? After all that is done, plus doing Zavalas first strike, you need to purchase a few of the class buffs from Ikora and then you'll get the quests for the two light classes you don't have. IF you have done my really jumbled list above lol it should be there. IF not lol, thats a support issue.
