The Conflux Legend Lost Sector not Appearing

I've completed the lost sector multiple times in the past, but the option for the Legend isn't up for me. No idea what's going on, everyone else seems to be able to get in, I just don't have access to it. I've above light n' junk, just whack stuff. This new season is broken af

EDIT : After relaunching the game like 3 times and running the lost sector 3 times in normal, it finally recognised that I should have access and I'm able to do it now.
