On all 3 charachters pistol shield break mod bugged ???

anybody else has this bug ? wanted to run a lost sector and shield breaking pistol is greyed out and it was already in use ! removed it reset the artifact two times hunter one time warlock and titan checked the files integritiy through steam etc. but still not working ! anybody else has the same problem ?

I'm having issues with the anti-barrier sidearm mod as well. Went to buy it with my unspent point, and it said I got it. Only problem was, it is still grayed out like I hadn't bought it and it didn't actually take my point.
