My gear is all intellect/resilience focus as EoB would be triggered constantly from the ranged heals of my Noble Seekers. After this update? NS do not trigger EoB at all and I'm sitting here, 2 min cooldowns to throw any heals down. What is this update lol

I feel like my Well of Radiance has gotten smaller also.

Benevolence wasn't working as, hopefully, well as they intended. So they disabled it to fix it.

They plan on re-enabling it on June 7th.
