Tutorial Mission "Cold Boot" step Get to the Array is bugged again. Can't progress.

So I made another class and was running through the tutorial missions no problem up to this point.
Apparently this mission has specifically known to be notorious that if you move too fast the game can't keep up and you can't progress. {LINK REMOVED} Source
Now however you can't progress at all, mobs do spawn in there but that's it. You can get to the point where you're supposed to be locked in and the ghost hacks the door but that event doesn't trigger.
Running back to the beginning to get the ghost to talk about the arc energy doesn't trigger. Even if you run back to where the mission flag was, still nothing.
Restarting the mission completely, walking after restarting (as to not move too fast) does nothing, and restarting the client does nothing as well.
Anyone else been having this issue and/or possibly know a fix for it?

Welp after doing another activity (a strike) then coming back to try the mission again it progressed. I don't know what's going on exactly but hopefully this helps someone who runs into the same issue.
