Drifter icon always blinking in tower

Anyone else have this issue? I have no quests to grab or turn in, and I have collected all rewards from the drifter. Yet his icon on the mini map is always blinking as if I have to visit for a quest / other reason. Whats up with this annoying ass dude?

(Can't tell you how many times this has happened to me and my Hubby and Bro. It's a Bug and usually if you get another Quest from him, go into Gambit and Complete it, get the Reward, it goes away. Other than that, if it's still there, then wait until Reset. That usually fixes it. Saint does it to sometimes during Trials to. :) Just warning you incase you Play Trials to.)

There's probably still something you've missed. Is there a second page for his stuff or something?

I had this happen with the legacy section between the vaults until I finally inspected every single thing and accepted some tokens. (I didn't have to spend them, though.)

Bug. Happens. Deal with it basically. Xur's icon in his horde room has been blinking for me for the better part of almost a full YEAR. Don't believe me? Check to see when 30th launched. That long ago.

Failing that.... check the reward tree (that prime engram can be sneaky the first go-around), check for engrams top-right, check to see he doesn't have a second page of items waiting for you to collect.
