Yes, it still drops during Containment, from Crown of Sorrow bounties and activities, and you can focus it directly from the Crown of Sorrow (although you'll need the Deluxe Edition for that).

Just got one a few days ago (a good roll too).

I have the deluxe edition but how do i get crown of sorrow bounties activated? Its in the HELM but i cant interact with it

Check the quest archive on the H.E.L.M. or on the tower (right next to the postmaster).

The Nightmare Harvester should be available from the Crown of Sorrow located on the H.E.L.M.

I'm not sure if you still can get Figments of Darkness which is required to be able to upgrade your Crown of Sorrow as it was initially a seasonal challenge reward, if I remember correctly.

Um... you need to explore Calus' ship, and then talk to Eris Morn (and she'll do a cutscene that's a ritual with Zavala and Crow) and then you should be able to interact with it.

Like Theblaze said, check the quest archive, or try going to Calus ship (if you haven't already).

You SHOULD still be able to get the upgrade materials: Check the seasonal quests, but click on the Legacy tab. (Mostly, it's doing Sever).
