21% delirium bugged?

It says in the perk description that overflow will proc as long as I pick special or heavy ammo but it only procs on heavy ammo pick up. Am I misunderstanding something here?

You need to have a special weapon equipped to pick up green ammo.

You also need to not have max ammo for the weapons to be able to proc

You have to PICK IT UP. You can't pick up ammo if you're full.

I am picking it up. Whenever my izanagi needs a refill I pick special ammo up but the Delirium does not refill through that for some reason.

its working fine for me, just make sure you actually pick up the ammo and it will work.

the description is general, overflow can be for either ammo type.

The deirium doesn't refill unless you have ammo for it to pull from. This basically means you need to have heavy ammo stored for it to overflow from the reserves. So 112 in reserves? 112 overflows ontop of the current magazine size. This only happens when you pick up special/heavy ammo.

Works fine for me, you need to have some ammo to reload and the overflow not already procced for it to work.

Oh so I need to have reserves for the special ammo to proc the overflow?

it doesn't proc if your special ammo is FULL

Actually, I realised that I also need to have my own reserves for the special ammo to overflow my LMG. Heavy ammo automatically overflows it from picking up ammo but special ammo requires reserves to already be there in order to proc overflow. Just got the gun a while ago so I got confused.
