Nope, "report player" option is available for everyone else, just not this one player.

Nope, he also invaded every time and suicided, then started yelling something in Spanish. He just got mad about something and threw the game.
He did say that the person was typing in game chat though, which suggests that they weren't idle. I haven't looked at the report feature since the move to Steam, so I'm not sure if it has changed, but you could probably file this one under "griefing". Not sure if anything would be done about it, but it wouldn't hurt...
To be honest, I don't really care that much about him throwing the game but the fact that I could not report him with the in-game feature.
