Last Word Gone/Bug

I was trying to see my progress on the Last Word questline, I don't know which quest I was on. And the quest line is gone. No quests available at Drifter or Black Armory. I went to my collections, and The Last Word is not there under kinetic exotics, or anywhere. I tried going to bungie.net help forums, but it won't let me sign in.
