Sturm quest

Hi! I've been trying to find the quest starter for the exotic sturm pistol but all the guides online are outdated and I wouldn't know what to do now since I'm basically a new light. Can I get any help on this matter? Thanks in advance

You need to acquire the Drang sidearm first through the Exodus Black world quest on Nessus.

After you do the quest on neesus to get Drang speek to Rahool on the tower, that will start the quest to get Sturm

but how do i finish the exotiv engram part? i cant decrypt them because i instaltly get the equip if i pick one up o.o

The Leviathan raid lairs both have secret chests that drop exotic engrams that must be decrypted.
