Why is there no option for microphone

So apparently I can't talk to people because there is no option in social to decide from which mic I'm talking like in every game. The game choose a different mic that the one I'm using and I can't change it.

Hi there!

Destiny 2 utilizes your Windows settings. You can easily flip between your different audio sources from your Sound settings or you change it on the fly using the XBOX Game Bar.

Good luck with that anyway, most of the community turns voice chat off and ignores text chat.

It worked out thank you sir! I really appreciate. I don't think that the sound settings changed anything even if the mic was not the good one. But when I switched it on the Xbox game bar it worked immediately

Don't want a be rude but if I'm making a post about it, well it's because I need it. I don't care about the community, but since there is cross-play and discord is working well only with steam, I was not able to do events like dungeons and raids with people from other consoles so yeah it was a big deal.
