How do you get the catalyst for Suros Regime?

I've been playing Control and getting some victories but haven't got it. I've heard it's easier to get it is through survival or trials of Osiris. Is there a effective way of receiving the catalyst other than entering Sweat Lord Domain?

Some of the catalysts are super rare. Unfortunately Suros Regime's is one of them.
I've had them drop like, one per season, with the final super rare one, Colony, dropping last season.
