destiny twitch drop?

so today Bungie streamed and said if you spent 30 mins watching wou will get a new emblem just make sure you Bungie account and twitch account are linked, ive had Bungie and twitch linked for some time now and when i go to redeem the emblem it says that i need to connect an account so i tried reconnecting and logging out to see if that would help and nothing worked am i doing something wrong? and does anyone now how to fix this, thanks

im gonna say its a bug an we wont be able to get it for a couple of days until they fix this

Try going into the game and looking at the emblem page called "General" it should be the very last one as long as your accounts are connected. I had the same issue until I went to actually look in-game.

go to your general tab in D2 and it should be the last one

thanks it was there i didnt think to check there cause it kept telling me to connect an account but anyways thanks again for the help
