What does Verity's Brow actually do?

So it says it increases grenade damage, but by how much? Is there a site similar to Gunsmith that will give actual % based stats for stuff?

Each Stack of Death Throes grants 50% Additional Base Grenade Regeneration Rate
and 20% Increased Grenade Damage.
Max of 5 Stacks. Lasts 11 seconds.

On Grenade Ability Use:
Allies within 18(?) metres receive Feel The Flame.
Feel the Flame grants 500% (verify) faster Grenade Recharge for (2 * Stacks) seconds.
