What is a daily focus playlist and how do I join one?

The daily focus playlist is a certain activity that gives extra laurels that day. You can look at the map, or your Medal case, to see what it is today. Today it is 'Seasonal or Throne World Activities' so if you play Wellspring or PsiOps Battlegrounds, those are the daily focused activities.
