Could you be more specific? I'm not sure what you're talking about.

You get the contender cards at Eva in the tower. You deposit metals at the podium in the tower. You complete the cards in whatever activities is designated to that card using whatever the card tells you to use. The guardian games playlists are also nodes in the tower destination screen.
