Discord stream black

I remember being able to stream Destiny 2 in Discord with my friends about a year ago. I come back and it's black screen no matter what I do.

I've disabled hardware accel, latest technology, and have tried streaming in fullscreen, windowed, borderless, and windowed fullscreen. Still nothing.

ah so streaming the game itself doesn't work with Discord anymore?

Close down all your web browsers, even ones in background. You can't stream Destiny itself while a web browser is open. Hardware accel is not the issue. It's a browser security and game security conflict I believe. Hope that helps!

It never did, Destiny 2 forbade apps from ever hooking into it as a (failed) anticheat measure since day one. It only worked if you streamed borderless and captured the screen or any other method that left the game alone.

I forgot about this disscussion lol, I had just given up. But yeah it worked occasionally before until I think Shadowkeep. It hasn't worked since.

It works perfectly fine for me as long as my web browser is completely closed. I can even use steam, xbox and my Radeon overlay while streaming. Game and sound. Also I play in windowed fullscreen to stream.

Is weird and you are right, after closing all browsers I can stream just fine, jezus ... thank you for your post!
