Crown of Tempests+Chaos Reach?

So i was looking at chaos reach, and with kill you make ion soul things (i forget the name) that regen abilities. I was thinking. With the crown of tempest, you could regen abilities even faster with conduction tines. Obviously the super extending only applies to stormtrance, but what do u guys think about the combo? I havent tried it myself, but it might work

i prefer bottom tree but crown of tempest is really good

It works pretty well, since the Ionic Traces aren't tied to ability kills. So even when Crown isn't active, you're still getting ability energy every so often.

The only downside being; their wonky path finding sometimes
