If you want to use sleeper do it on titan. I would recommend doing it with Loreley Splendor and high resiliance for barricade spam and you simply popup barricade, that lower one and shoot simulant on sunwarrior buff from bottom solar tree. Everytime you popup barricade and start sunwarrior, you deal 20% more damage also when you use super and throw your hammer under your team mates feet you boost them for 20 % damage also. If they stand close to you on damage phase and you popup barricade and sunspot whole of your team can have sun warrior buff for 20% damage. You become teams support and damage dealer. Also in the raid if you use barricade on normal encounters with trash mobs and pop up barricade and have sunwarrior buff and you kill 1 trash mob in cluster with solar weapon ( with some kind of explosion perk like firefly and ofcourse well build because well damage buff and sun warrior buff stack ) it makes another sunspot at that place that burns all enemies and can give buffs for you and your team. Simply you can have sunspots everywhere shredding enemies and giving damage buffs for your team.
Boy you're on some good ass weed if you believe anything you just said. Sleeper was meta last season and its still one of the best options for DPS still. I've ran about 10-15 sherpa's of the new raid and if people are struggling with dps I tell them to use sleeper. It hits like a truck. Not everyone likes or can be optimal enough for izzy and RL's, sleeper can keep up without the worrying of messing a reload up.
Although outside of the question, a Threaded Needle would be better and not take up an exotic slot given you've the right roll on one.
In any case, just make sure you're using LFR Ammo Finder and Scavenger to keep your sleeper going
if you know how to hotswap/reload cancel, its izanagi/auto loading rocket
Outbreak on the other hand has infinite ammo and does good damage, but where it mostly shines is when everybody on your team uses outbreak. It lacks DPS on it's own but is a monster when used by a entire group/fireteam.
If you're solo and purely want a high burst weapon than go with sleeper. Keep in mind that sleeper DPS is terrible since it's a burst weapon like izanagi.
