Good crowd control Pulse rifle?

since the new season has changed the artifact mods, I was wondering what would be a good Pulse rifle for CC?
I used to use bugout bag, recluse, every waking moment SMGs, but now Anti barrier rounds only work with pulse, scout and bows. (I hate bows) I'd rather use my scout for an unstoppable mod.
Any suggestions are welcome.

EDIT- thanks for all the suggestions guys but I would also like to point out that I am looking for energy PR because I am using Izanagi. Also I haven't bought the new season pass yet so some of the weapons are not accessible to me.

Outlast, Claws of the Wolf, Last Perdition, Graviton Lance are about it in the energy slot.

I wanted to add, a Blast Furnace with Ambitious Assassin is pretty great. You get so much ammo in that thing before a reload it's kind of insane honestly. I still have my ambitious assassin one just because of that.

Get a few trash mob kills with it and then ammo dump into a higher priority target, reload, you have like 70 bullets or something ridiculous before a reload now.

If you have a blast furnace you want feeding frenzy/kill clip for trash mobs.

Graviton lance is a good one too , if there is a crowd and one kill will make a chain reaction and you will kill multiple enemies at ones

Bad Juju. That weapon got somekind of kill clip and self reloads after every kill and also give the user super energy every kill...

There are 2 time lost weapon bounty pulse rifles you can get without buying the pass. One is Bygones and is kinetic, other is Last Perdition and is energy(void).

Last Perdition is not amazing but should be easy to get the "best" version because I think it always comes with rampage and has very few roll choices. Plus, as a timelost bounty weapon, you can bang out rolls relatively quickly

Since you're specifically asking for energy pulses here are a couple with great stats not yet mentioned, though farming them is not as easy as others

Swift Ride XE8375, 390 arc the only perk you might want that it can't roll with is multi-kill clip. Can randomly drop from completing a forge or very rarely drops from forge saboteurs.

Horror's Least, Arc 540 slightly more restricted in perk availability but can come with dragonfly which shouldn't be overlooked for crowd control. Drops from 'The Corrupted' nightfall.

Already mentioned, but don't overlook Inaugural Address just because it's a Y1 gun. Void 390 with outlaw/killclip, always a good combo. Drops from Leviathan raid or can be purchased from Benedict with Calus tokens (also from raid)
