It is too early to celebrate. Vorpal is going to be nerfed to 10% on heavy. Frenzy is better

With buff to linear damage coming soon and nerf to vorpal in Heavy weapons, better go frenzy. I got both vorpal and Frenzy roll (double perks on last column) . Frenzy seems like a way to go for this weapon

Maybe time of day or secret regional restrictions. You could try a vpn. Next season will start with everyone coming back for a week or two before the player base dwindles again.
