My triumph Stalk and Snare is bugged. I doesn't count my HKD-1 kill for some reason.

Are you definitely doing a Tier 2 hunt, as instructed?
A Tier 2 hunt can be launched by slotting non-dormant mutation mods into each slot on the lure. If you put dormant mods in, it will be Tier 1.
