How do I reach Mara Sov?

Okay so I just gotta deliver a cookie to her and I'd have delivered a cookie to all characters, but I can't seem to find her. I know I need to go through a portal in H.E.L.M. but it isn't open, so what do I do?

Did you do the opening seasonal quest and obtain your seasonal artifact? After that, the Awoken quarter in the HELM should open and you'll be able to go trough the portal to speak to her.

Okay I found out how to do it. If I recall correctly, you gotta complete a quest in the Dreaming City. Go to the Dreaming City and find one of the special icons that should belong to a storyline quest for Shadowkeep or I don't recall which DLC, you should be able to complete it, and once you're done with it you'll be able to visit her chambers.

Have you actually been to the HELM? There is a portal where you can easily reach her to deliver the treat w/o jumping through hoops. Well besides the portal 'hoop'.

Yes, which is unlocked after doing a certain quest, which I hadn't done.
