Shadowkeep Moon Campaign bugged after rune tablet collection?

Hello,

I have just recently tried the Moon campaign for the first time, however each time after the tablet 6/6 collected, fast travel is disabled, manually travelling back to Eris resets the quest chain back to the start.

It seems that events might interfere with the campaign as the public instance is fully active during this section of the campaign.

Any suggestions how to progress ?

//additionally I think collecting the rune tablets takes very slow, due to drop rate and mobs in the area are too few.

are u sure after u collected those thingys u climbed up a random rock in sorrows harbour to receive that radio before u meet eris?

Once I have collected the tablets, the quest entry updated to meet with Eris. I dont recall having any clues about radio transmission. I could have missed something, and i would try again some other time for sure.

I did not explicitly join events, but they were also logging near me, and had a champion with a loot cache dropping too, maybe one of those cancelled the script?
