yeah only on europa. I usually just do the lost sectors, it is easier imo

The lost sectors are fun with the snowballs, you can do perdition without drawing a weapon. haven't tried the other two yet. There's a snowball thing in Eventide ruins iirc, on the suspended platform where the ether resupply thing happens.

They are available in the Devil's lair Nightfall.
haven't played it as a normal strike yet so, can't say fore sure if it's nightfall exclusive.

There are enough Snowball gens in Europa's Bunker E15 Lost Sector to make it fun as a solo.

Snowballs are on Europa, Nightfall (Devil's Lair) and are OP, also Lightning Rounds in DoE.
Best way to use them is in Devil's Lair strike.
