Challenger's Proving V seems to be broken

Hello all,

I am aware of the fact that rebooting the game or switching characters is the supposed fix to this issue, but it just won't work. I have finished Challenger's Proving IV on TWO characters now and both are stuck since the next step simply won't activate.

Is this a known bug or am I missing something? Interacting with the War Table won't start the cutscene, relogging won't, either, and I have no journal entry whatsoever refering to the questline (other than the Hammer of Proving).

I have checked the abandoned quests terminal, too - nothing.

I'd be really grateful if someone could shed some light on this.

It is currently broken, the old methods of prompting the cutscene are definitely not working as of the 30th Anniversary update. Bungie are aware.
