Where are the Extra reward chests for 30th anniversary pack owners?

Bungie posted on my games library page about the 30th anniversary update and under the dares of eternity description is says 30th anniversary pack owners will gain access to additional reward chests, but every time I complete dares of eternity there is only one reward chest, is this a known issue or something else?
any help will be greatly appreciated!

No the context states its from dares of eternity, look at the December 7th news update and find the dares of eternity section, its the last sentence

Y in loot cave there are sparrow armor etc chests to open for keys and ranks

Pretty sure its referring to the chests in xurs hoard that all require the anniversary pack.

also you get pack of armor skins dont remember where but i got for my 3 classes. You need to open them in your inventory to unlock

The chests are at Xur's, and they contain the second set of ornaments.
Dares of Eternity is mentioned because the ornaments A) require keys earned from that activity, and B) require you to rank up Xur's reputation bar to access.
