How to get Ticuu's Bow?

I bought all the DLC and the season pass. I saw that Ticuu's bow is available via Exotic archive. When I try to buy it, it tells me that I should buy the season pass? When I try to buy it, steam tells me i already have it. Please help

Which DLC do you own exactly?
Ticuu's Divination requires a Season of the Chosen (Season 13) pass.
Right here and now there is only one way to get that, and that is through the Deluxe Edition, or the Deluxe Edition Upgrade. The only pass available for individual purchase right now is Season of the Lost, Season 15.

So in order to by it you need to own the Season Pass for the season in which the weapon was released. The only way to purchase a past season is to buy the Beyond Light Deluxe Edition Upgrade.

You need the Deluxe edition upgrade to get the Ticcu's bow. The legendary edition only has Season 12. Season 13 is the one with Ticcu's bow. Get the deluxe edition upgrade to get it.
