Game Pass and the Witch Queen?
If I buy the witch queen on steam, can I play it along with game pass content from the xbox launcher?

no,dlcs are not cross platformed
u can cross save yr program but if u wanna play on x box while on steam,u got to pay twice on both platform

You have to buy all the dlcs again if you are playing it on another launcher or platform. You can save your progress however.

technically you could do what your thinking but would have to jump back and forth between steam and xbox depending what content you were trying to play. but to play everything from 1 place you need to have all the dlc bought on that platform.
