Empire hunts not appearing for second character

I have completed all missions on Europa, but the Empire hunts and Exo simulation weekly pinnacle are missing, any ideas please, this is the second week now.

you have to do the reclaiming europa missions after completing; the campaign

[Azor]

it only appears for character you have completed the campaign with. It's a bad system but it is what it is.
