Tommy's matchbook catalyst quest?

So for the auto rifle kill part of this quest.

Do my autorifle kills in pvp be the only kills that count and not any other teammate auto rifle kills?

Also what is the fastest way for a noon in pvp. Such as my self, to get this quest done, so then I can get the catalyst?

I believe you need to land the final blow with auto rifles.

As for the fastest way, momentum control.

I finished that step in rumble mode (don't remember for certain but in 10-15 matches).

EDIT: any auto rifle kills will do. I primarily used Suros and Gnawing hunger to get the step done.

i went with cerberus+1 for the autorifle kills in momentum control, somehow that thing carried me better then other weapons, but that could be due to my really sh*tty way of playing :)

I Mean I do got that gun and it's catalyst done but idk if I should use it for autorifle kills for the average map crucible map? As bad as I am in pvp

I'd be lucky to get maybe 3 kills per round

Cerb or Sweet Business on a titan+Gnawing Hunger+Actium War Rig.

The goal I set was 1 per match/round. And once I hit that it's DGAF mode all the way. Some matches I ended with 19 kills. Slow and steady, don't burn yourself way too early.

indeed, take it slowly. look at those pvp objectives like long-term ... objectives. (im so bad at english)

the last few catalyst quests i always just waited until momentum control shows up. in control or other "normal" modes it took me just way to long, with other guardians firing their supers and abilities everywhere. in MC at least it feels like everyone is using their guns, so getting a few lucky hits without the constant barrage of supers makes it less sufferable!
