Can't focus umbral engrams
Hi, I started replaying destiny 2 after years... I am almost at the end of the Beyond Light campaign and I have done a ton of side content and finished the older campaigns. When I get to the prismatic recaster to focus the engrams it just says to come back later and doesn't show any options. Am I missing something?? I am able to open umbral engrams but without focusing them...

have to do the wayfinder quests

The two Legacy: seasonal quests both mention getting something from the recaster, but it is this season's "Wayfinder's Voyage I" that actually makes the quest appear. Pick that up from the compass station at HELM, get it to step 3, and that'll make Decrypting the Darkness appear at the recaster. Completing that will unlock the focusing options.

Thanks for the help guys. There is only one problem, when I get to the Wayfinder Compass station on HELM, it doesn't show me that quest...

Try looking for them at your quest kiosk next to the postmaster in the tower, incase they show up there instead.
