Universal ornament not showing up

So I like the Lightkin armor sets so I spent a now around 750 legendary shards getting all the armor for all 3 classes (Xur has them this week). BUT I am not getting the universal ornament for the Hunter's arms. I bought the arms twice now and then dismantle them but I don't get them as an option in the universal ornament. I don't know what to do, I guess I will just keep one in my inventory until it appears. I did try restarting my game and checking another gauntlet (even though it was the same one) but it's not there and it is in my collections.

you want to get the Synth-craft stuff, from Ada-1. you use those to unlock ornaments for non-exotic armor
-edit- She's in the Black Armory in the Tower, (near the Gambit dude), if you need to know where she is

I've got the same issue though, and I have the Synth stuff on me. The item isn't showing up in the possible unlocks. I even equipped it to make sure it wasn't a weird glitch and needed to be registered by the game first, but no, I'm in the same boat, so I'm assuming there's a glitch happening with just that one armour piece.

They're already aware of the issue that includes the ornaments for lightkin and pathfinder (which I'm missing).

I know. It's literally the armor was missing from the list of available ornaments. Apparently it's a bug which sucks since I have gotten all the others available and only use exotic legs on my Hunter.
