Not getting Pinnacle

I've done three of the pinnacle events for the week and have not received a pinnacle item and the pinnacle on the map gets checked off for completion.

I've done the nightfall, crucible, and vanguard playlist all not rewarding a pinnacle.
At first I thought it was a glitch so I tried again, and then just tried again.

On the nightfall 100K, I got 2 exotic armor pieces, neither of them were pinnacle, then a blue mark which was 1547 (which I'm at 1551)

Crucible, upon completion is when I first noticed it and thought it was fluke. Got two legendary items at 1548.

Vanguard, I got a legend and a blue, both under 1550 also.

Anyone else experiencing and issue?
On top of that it seems A LOT of events I am not getting ANY rewards for.
Weekly Master, nothing no armor, no alloy, no glimmer, nothing.
Some of the Wellspring, absolutely nothing.
I even did vanguard playlist and received nothing at the end.
I got a crappy singular blue titan mark for doing a Vox too.... drops seem heavily out of whack...

It... doesn't work that way.
When you go for pinnacle it drops at gear* level or higher.
With all but 1 of my pieces being at 1551 or 1552, nothing should have dropped at 1550 or lower.

There was some reports on Reddit of stuff incorrectly dropping under power if your highest weapons weren't on your character at the time the drop was calculated. This was a rare occurrence though as it only happened on occasions when that weapon and he new drop would have bumped you to a new power level.

EDIT: If you aren't getting Throne World rewards you need to claim your armour from Fynch as Bungie have acknowledged that is preventing drops for some activities. They specifically called out Wellspring but I wouldn't be surprised at it also causing issues with other activities as well.

All of that was extremely helpful and insightful.
I was using a 1500 deathadder for a lot of my pinnacle chasing cause it did the job I needed to do without me needing to upgrade it.

Andddd I have tons of stuff I havent claimed from Fynch too.
Hopefully this was the issue and I only lost a week worth of pinnacle.

New season. Still happening. Just grinder nightfall to get the 100k and didn’t get a pinnacle. Didn’t have highest gear in loadout so maybe that’s still the glitch. Dunno. Still feel effin robbed tho.

Just checked finch and I have all of his items.

I was using a 1500 deathadder for a lot of my pinnacle chasing cause it did the job I needed to do without me needing to upgrade it.
