refined qualichor?

i have a normal qualichor sitting in my inventory, and one in the mail.
when i hover over it, it tells me to go to fynch to i dentify it...

no such thing pops up.
and i cant seem to figure out how to get that thing refined.

i have done that event multiple times now, got a refined qualichor once, opened that chest the first time i completed that event.
but now i dont seem to be able to get these other two to their refined state.

google didnt really help, so im turning to you guys.
is this a once per week only thing?

I too opened the hoard chest and was underwhelmed by the contents. I guess we might have to wait until next week to see if Fynch lets us get Memory Alembic again. I can see it being one of two things,

1 - a weekly, but pointless reward pursuit,
2 - a one-time thing that will turn out to be a requirement for the unreleased Investigation Board report, or part of the Exotic Glaive quest, which will be available post-raid.

i kind of had the same idea...

as long as its not going to get into a bugged state like the ascendat alloy you can get from rahool... still saying i reached my weekly limit :/
