Which's Better: Parasite or Osteo Striga?

I have both, and I want to do the upcoming raid, which would be best?

Both are good at what they do, they just have vastly different use cases.

In all honesty? I wouldn't choose either. I'll be taking one of the seasonal weapons, most likely the auto rifle for the land tank perk, partnered with a blinding GL or sniper depending on what's needed and exotic heavy will be determined by the encounter.

Day one builds you need to focus not dying above everything else first and the season weapons give you 15% resistance that stacks with other resists. It's a no brainer really.

Psychohack from the Throne World weapons isn't a bad choice either especially as everyone will benefit from that unlike Land Tank which will only benefit you. It's a shame we don't yet have a wider selection of availble weapons with Vanguard's Vindicaion to choose from though.

Osteo is great, I use it way more than Parasite (but I'm not a huge PvE guy, either). Parasite is great for crowd control, ad clear. Osteo could do the same thing, just slightly faster but with less damage output.
