Constant crashing at Quagmire
Every time I try and load in to continue the campaign, I get a fully black screen, and either a time skew maxed issue, or a full crash, it only happens in the throne world.

Bump, Desperate to find an answer, It's stopping me from continuing witch queen when I'm already planning on attending day 1, I can grind elsewhere, but I'd rather continue the legendary campaign, I'm running into the rutabaga issue.

If anyone's ran into the same issue and solved it, please let me know.

I had this problem and just found a solution that worked like a dream!

Disable shader cashe in 3d settings for destiny and delete files in nvidia cashe folder. It is hidden

if you dont know how to do:
first part for 3d right then click nvidia control panel, manage 3D settings, select program settings, select destiny 2, then scroll till you find shader cache switch to off second part follow what i posted below delete what you can its okay if not all of it gets deleted and then run the game see if that works for you
C:\ProgramData\NVIDIA Corporation\NV_Cache

Hope it works for you guys :)

And what should we do, if we don't use the Nvidia Control Panel (since, well, we don't have an Nvidia Graphics Card)...?
