All previous seasons!
All previous seasons from 1 until now, they can relaunch again?

Not a problem. Here is the link for that
https://www.bungie.net/7/en/Seasons/Progress
If the link doesn't work, just login to Bungie.net and click on your profile icon > then Seasons. There you should be able to see the current and past 1 prior season.

It will not work right now as its under maintenance. Do it after reset tomorrow.

I dont think thats how seasons model work. They are time based and once they are gone, they are gone for good.

What do you mean by ranking stuff?
Weapons are re-released as part of every new season with new perks so don't gotta worry about the weapons (except for the ritual/pinnacle and raid weapons that are already sunset and wont be coming back (not sure about the raid weapons tho))

i mean, season of the lost rewards exotic weapons etc and previous seasons

You can only claim season pass rewards from 1 earlier season on Bungie website. For e.g.: In season 15 you can claim rewards from season 14 and in season 16 you can claim season 15 rewards. There was no season pass until Shadowkeep came.

All previous Seasonal exotics and ritual weapons are available in the Memorial Kiosk between the two Vault terminals in the Tower. Quests for old Ritual weapon ornaments, along with other possibly deleted/abandoned quests, are gotten through the stupidly hidden terminal in a nook beside the stairs leading down from the Tower's main transmat zone.

The previous seasons will never "relaunch" however the weapons are going to the exotic vault, some of them are going to Xur with random stat rolls and the armors MIGHT be reused later but as of now are exclusive to that past season.
