How do i get shaders that aren't in the collections?

So, until a few minutes ago i still had one of my Seven-Seraph-Carabiners with the Valkyrie Zero Shader. The only prob is, i dismantled it in hopes of getting the shader, since it wasn't even in my collections and i really fking love it.
But is there any way to get it now? Since that was the only thing it was applied on.
(Was the reward for one of the Warsat Network Missions)

Is it definitely not in Collections? Should be under the 'World' subsection.

If it isn't showing in collections, the chances are that it was something that had to be unlocked from an older seasonal quest, and even if it could drop on gear during that time, it couldn't be unlocked from a dismantle. Valkyrie Zero was unlocked by doing Season 10 activities, fully upgrading Io's Seraph Bunker.

Yea, isn't showing up, and it was the reward for one of those Bunkers. Or atleast the gun with the Shader on it was.
If anything i just gotta hope that the bright dust shop will feature it at some point again, although i do kinda doubt that.
