You would need to contact whoever you purchased from for further assistance on this.
Also when you do buy from there, always look at the customer ratings.. If you buy it from a seller with only 3000 positive ratings with several hundreds of negative ratings, then you're pretty much asking to get scammed on there with stuff like fake/stolen keys. If a seller has over tens of thousands of positive ratings and only a few thousand negative ratings, you're likely to be a bit more safe with your purchase. Make sure to also spend that extra bit of money to get the protection thing so you can get a refund incase you do end up getting a fake/stolen key..
Developers/companies can at any time backtrack where your account got a key from and if they find out that you're using a stolen key for example, then they can revoke it at any given moment they see fit.
I used to buy keys from there every now and then but haven't really touched anything there for a long time now, i use other websites such as greenmangaming that are legit and offer me regular discounts.
In your case, you probably bought a stolen key.
