sleeper simulant catalyst grind getting out of hand lol

because of beeing bored this late in the season, i started hunting catalysts or completing them for all current exotics i have.

one catalyst that just does not seem to want to drop is the sleeper simulant one.

when i cheeck my triumph page its not even listed there, but when i google it, it seems to be dropping from Nightfal strikes.

now im only running it on "normal" (<- this might be why i think???) as some firegroups dont even bother equipping mods to counter the champions.

but still, ive been doing NF strikes for the past 4 weeks, at least 5-6 per night, if not more, and still no drop.

does this one even drop in NF or do i really need to increse the difficulty and find a fireteam to run it on legend/master, or can it drop from normal/hero?

any one in here have a clue?

Just in case, do you have the gun itself unlocked?

It drops fron NFs, but I'm not sure whether difficulty affects drop rate. It's still RNG.

On rare occasions, catalysts aren't showed in the feed when they drop, so check it manually on the gun from time to time.

im actually using the sleepr for (poo) dps sometimes, but i always got it equipped just in case.

guess rng gods aint on my side this season then ;)

I got it from Adept. I feel like I read the drop rate doesn't change for more difficult content.

Just RNG my guy, i finally got the catalyst for telesto about a week or 2 ago from a strike.. Something that took me 2 years to get, i never ever got lucky with the chest from eater of worlds...
