I had a great time actually in classic ib. Every kill and every death felt deserved. Lots of primary gameplay.
then I jump into freelance
I'll say it again
in just one match I went from "i deserved that" "I could've positioned better" "that guy had better aim than me there" to ... angry noises and curses. Second match? Same crap.
it's like primary ammo doesn't exist.
There's something in freelance that leads people to using the most cancerous loadouts they can come up with.
And then there's lobby balancing. Somehow lobbies felt way less balanced. I don't know how. Isn't "prefers similar skill" supposed to be more even? Somehow it is NOT.
OH AND FUN FACT
I played normal IB against a mercy stack after creating this thread and somehow I had more fun there than freelance.
ANYHOW
I'm going to give freelance a chance a few more times.
Which is why I grabbed No Time to Explain out of my Vault to work on the quest and normally use Horror Story or Seventh Seraph VY-7. :P
GIT GUD
